- Plans, writes, executes projects, and prepares progress and performance reports.
- Organizes cross-disciplinary technology matchmaking and customized employee skills training courses.
- Secures industry talent investment and various government projects from ministries and agencies.
- Establishes a cross-disciplinary technology service expert team, arranging faculty to provide guidance, exchange, and promotion at regional companies.
- Facilitates large enterprises settling in the campus incubation center, providing guidance and service connections to SMEs to enhance organizational scale and increase output.
- Links industrial parks and surrounding manufacturers, establishing electronic services for upstream, midstream, downstream, or cross-industry alliance companies.
- Facilitates multinational industry technology cooperation and overseas connections for industry chain companies, extending to international industry–academia collaboration.
- Promotes international incubation and industry–academia alliance-related activities.
- Provides innovation and entrepreneurship accelerator services for faculty and students.
- Handles industry–academia matchmaking and technology transfer promotion activities.
- Organizes industry–academia-related events and courses, including event planning, investment briefings, and results exhibitions.
- Handles other tasks temporarily assigned.
