Assists the Director in handling routine official document co-signing and approval, as well as the execution and coordination of cross-division administrative matters.
Assigns and distributes official documents of the unit, and arranges office affairs meetings and prepares meeting minutes.
Prepares the unit’s budget, and manages and verifies the use and reimbursement of unit funds.
Serves as the contact window for the unit’s internal control operation procedures and internal audit affairs.
Manages general industry–academia collaboration project administration and performs data entry and record maintenance in the project database system.
Handles the allocation and disbursement of matching funds for incentive and subsidy programs related to general industry–academia collaboration projects.
Processes the allocation of administrative management fees for general industry–academia collaboration projects.
Conducts co-signing and verification of payment lists for project principal investigator fees, student assistant wages, and learning stipends under general industry–academia collaboration projects.
Completes research survey reporting forms for industry–academia collaboration projects commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology and executed by the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research.
Drafts regulatory amendments for proposals submitted to the Industry–Academia Promotion Committee and handles review meeting procedures.
Handles contract verification procedures for industry–academia collaboration projects (Type II) conducted by faculty members for industry internships or research implementation.
Handles other tasks temporarily assigned by supervisors.
