      • After approval of technology transfer cases, consolidates contracts and reminds cooperating companies of licensing payment schedules; enters data into the University-wide integrated platform.
      • After payment, executes distribution of licensing fees and prepares inventor payment lists.
      • Submits 20% of R&D成果 revenue to the funding agency as required.
    • Maintains statistics and records of approved patents at the University.

    • Responsible for inventorying on-campus patents, technologies, projects, and R&D outcomes; understanding current research directions of faculty members; and digitizing patents and R&D成果 through online platforms to showcase the University’s R&D capabilities.
    • Handles matters related to industry–academia projects with foundations, including contract drafting and negotiating the ownership of R&D成果 with foundations and corporate partners.
    • Responsible for the promotion of the University’s intellectual property rights (including patents, copyrights, and trade secrets), as well as planning related patent lectures and activities to enhance practical IP capabilities among faculty and students.
    • Assists in strengthening an industry-friendly environment by establishing or revising relevant regulations and implementing achievement incentive mechanisms to promote industry–academia collaboration.
    • Assists the University in securing institution-level government projects, applying for outstanding IP performance evaluations and technology transfer incentives, and is responsible for drafting qualitative descriptions of industry–academia and IP-related sections in proposals (including implementation strategies and expected outcomes).
    • Assists faculty members with technology transfer licensing and the review and confirmation of terms in industry–academia collaboration contracts.
    • Organizes various entrepreneurship activities for faculty and students (including submitting project proposals for Ministry of Education review, handling periodic MOE monitoring and evaluation, and assisting in the establishment of startup companies).
    • Handles matters related to university evaluations and analytical reports for higher education institutions.

    • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the University’s industry–academia service online platform and patent intelligence analysis platform.
