Duties
- Diligently formulate the incubator's short, medium, and long-term operating models and methods to facilitate the sustainable operation of incubation organizations.
- Coordinate the planning and promotion of international incubation, actively assist resident companies in expanding their international marketing efforts, and provide comprehensive international incubation services.
- Assist with the incubator's resident company recruitment operations, application review, contract negotiation, and the cultivation and guidance of university spin-off companies.
- Assist resident companies with government resource applications and guidance planning, providing all necessary services for incubated enterprises.
- Master information on cross-functional guidance experts from industry, government, academia, and research institutions to provide incubated companies with the energy needed in various fields.
- Monitor the guidance progress and performance management of resident companies in the incubator, keeping abreast of the enterprises' development status.
- Link internal university resources, external resources, and international resources to provide incubated companies with an integrated system ecosystem chain.
- Assist resident companies with recommendations for the Go Incubation Board for Startup and Acceleration Firms (an outpost to listing) and referrals to startup capital accelerators.
- Assist resident companies with marketing and promotion, including: physical channels, e-commerce platforms, participation in domestic and international exhibitions and conferences, cross-industry alliances, and the organization of achievement presentations/showcases.
- Guide patent search and patent map analysis, applying them to product technology value-adding, project application, and intellectual property rights layout for R&D outcomes.
- Provide intellectual property consultation, technology transfer negotiation guidance, guidance from Big Four accounting firms, and assistance with accounting affairs.
- Strive for matching funds and contributions from key incubated enterprises to enhance autonomous operational capability.
- Provide the needs and services for manufacturers in the regional industrial park, implementing incubation and industry-academia collaboration energy within park enterprises.
- Connect, interact, and engage with local associations, legal entities, and industry associations to enhance local revitalization services.
