Center Overview
The Incubation Center operates under the philosophy of effectively applying integrated resources, complemented by the principles of [Excellence, Innovation, and Service], to advance its core missions. It aims to build itself into a knowledge-based organization and a high-quality platform for entrepreneurship and innovation incubation, with the goal of becoming a “Professional Incubation Center.” The future development plan includes enhancing the incubation development environment, establishing a professional incubation network, and cultivating professional incubation talents. Through these efforts, the Center seeks to add value to its incubation services and surrounding support environment, thereby multiplying both the number and effectiveness of new entrepreneurs nurtured by the Center.
The Center assists in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises into high-tech and emerging industries, actively providing guidance and incubation support to help companies successfully become listed or over-the-counter enterprises. It also facilitates cooperation and resource sharing among incubation centers to enhance incubation counseling capacity and provide comprehensive services that closely meet enterprise needs.
By integrating various aspects such as basic incubation, academic R&D, technology transfer, and industrial development, the Center strengthens the industrial benefits of industry–academia collaboration, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of resource utilization. It selects industries that are conducive to establishing a foundation for technological R&D and have high added value, develops relevant incubation programs, and provides technical and comprehensive consulting services for small and medium-sized enterprises. These efforts aim to enhance international competitiveness and market share, and to foster the regeneration of emerging industries and enterprises.
Key initiatives also include promoting the internationalization of the incubation center by actively participating in international academic activities, inviting foreign incubation experts and scholars to give lectures on campus, and establishing international cooperation models. The Center organizes innovation and entrepreneurship incubation exchange forums and participates in international incubation activities to enhance its counseling and service capacity. Furthermore, it forms strategic alliances with overseas incubation centers and introduces foreign companies to reside in the incubation center, effectively connecting with the international community through complementary expertise within these alliances.
